This site has no contact form, advertising, analytics script or tracking pixel. It does not ask you to enter relationship information. The hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as an IP address and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. A private review host may also use its own sign-in and access controls.

What stays on your device

Untangle is designed to store your setup, saved memory, practice and SOS records encrypted on your device. The separate support library holds words and selected images you choose to save. Library content is excluded from cloud coaching and ordinary app-data exports. You can deliberately share an individual library item.

Anything you export or share is then controlled by the destination you choose. Untangle cannot remove those copies for you.

Cloud coaching is a separate choice

Cloud coaching is optional. When you consent to it, your message, limited recent conversation, selected saved memory and a pseudonymous safety identifier are sent through Untangle’s service to OpenAI. Those messages may include sensitive relationship or health information. Pseudonymous identifiers do not make the text anonymous.

Turning coaching off stops new coaching requests; it does not erase earlier processing records. Offline SOS and starter practice do not require cloud coaching.

Purchases and service records

Apple handles payments. The app’s service is designed to process purchase status, installation and security identifiers, and usage counts for access, purchase restoration, abuse prevention and service limits. These records are separate from your local reflections.

Before the app launches

The final policy must identify the production hosting and service providers, retention periods, privacy rights and a verified process for service-data requests. These arrangements are still being finalized. This preview is not the final App Store privacy policy.
