Untangle is not yet available to download. These are the current app controls; the process for service-data requests is still being finalized before launch.
Erase information saved in the app
In the app’s Privacy controls, Erase local app data resets local setup, saved memory, practice and SOS records, local usage and cached plan status. You can also manage or delete items in the separate private support library.
Secure purchase-verification and safety identifiers remain. Local erase does not remove records already processed by Untangle’s service, Apple or OpenAI, and it does not delete copies you exported or shared elsewhere.
Service-data requests
You can ask about your information by emailing themistocles@covertwars.com. Do not email passwords, private keys, intimate screenshots or full purchase receipts.
A verified process for identifying and deleting eligible service records, including any required retention exceptions, must be in place before the app launches. Sending an email is not automatic deletion, and this preview does not promise that a service record has been deleted.
Subscriptions are separate
Erasing local data or deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s subscription management and billing support to manage a plan.
